We will develop action plans as follows to develop an employment environment that employees can demonstrate their abilities and harmonize their work with their daily lives.

1. Planning period, 5 years from March 1, 2016, to February 28, 2021.

2. Content

Goal 1: Implementation of "Child Factory Tour" that invites Employee's child to workplace (factory)

Measures

In June each year, Setting up a review meeting
In July each year, announce to employees about the implementation of the tour.
In August each year - Implementation of tours, and consideration towards the next tour.

Goal 2: Accept the youth internship

Measures

In June each year, Starting to consider acceptance system
In June each year, Explanation and construction of the system to the departments that accepts.
In July each year, collaboration with schools
In July each year, announce to employees.
In August each year, Starting acceptance of internship.

Goal 3: Continuous implementation and promotion of No Overtime Day once a week to reduce extra working hours.

Measures

Continuous implementing the measures and confirm implementation status and promote it
Notify employees through announcements on noticeboard and morning meetings.
